At Thorxianghun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Before returning an item, please contact us at reachus@thorxianghun.world or through our contact page to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include all original accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us first. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
